After a long years, this is another Family Day for Multinational Shipping Co, Malaysian International Shipping Company a.k.a MISC. Ones again, Mikevent Planner Sdn Bhd has been appointed to manage the event. After a several of meeting and meeting, the event was decided. Venue – Padang Merbok KL. Date – 09 Oct 2010. Time – 0800 to 1400hrs.

Rewurk Projects, as the affiliate company to Mikevent Planner was appointed to take care of the logistics, man power and me my self, as the floor manager for that day. With the strength of 50 crews and technical staffs, we drive the event to the succeed.

In the hot sunny Saturday morning, the event was run smoothly participating approximately 2000 people from MISC and family members. They start the registration at about 0700hrs then all of MISC members are enjoying poco-poco dance lead by Kak Nora, full time singer at Bora Ombak Restaurant, Ampang. The opening speech was given by the VP of HRM and then he officially launch the MISC Family Day 2010. We provide a lot of tele-matches, game booth, a lots of meals, candy, sweets, karaoke session, kids games etc.

 

The event was finished at 1400hrs and as usual all the crews are gather for some lesson and learn session hosting by our boss Mr. Mike 🙂

[j] New Product Launching

Last week, I got a call from a close friend asking for setting up his clients’ the new cosmetic product launching & I thing some products seminar (at one time) at AmCorp Mall PJ. Yeah.. i love setting-up event. As usual, he brief me what & when he need. After a couple of meeting, the deal is on.

So, today i just team up all crews and gather them to the venue & rockin’.

After a few hours, all things done. This is the progress & result.

[J] WWF Save The Day Campaign 2010

rewurk project has been appointed by Mikevent Planner Sdn Bhd to become their project partner for WWF – Save The Day Campaign 2010. The  launching session was held in Berjaya Time Square Hotel & Resorts , Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur  on 16 March 2010. Our main tasks here  is to handle the technical site of the launching event such as props fabricator, floor lay-out and the arrangement for the launching gimmick.
